LONDON (dpa-AFX) - WPP plc (WPP.L), an advertizing and public relations company, Wednesday announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Joanne Wilson is stepping down to become the CFO of multinational alcoholic beverage company, Diageo plc (DEO).
Wilson has a 12-month notice period and her departure date will be agreed in due course of time.
The company is on the lookout for the next finance chief.
Further, WPP said that its outlook for 2026 provided along with its interim results on August 6, remains unchanged.
On Tuesday, shares closed at 384.50 pence, up 0.52% on the London Stock Exchange.
