- We continue to optimize our property portfolio by divesting a small commercial property that is not strategic for us. The sale releases capital that will be used for investments with the aim of increasing Neobo's income from property management per share, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.
The property has a lettable area of 740 sq.m. Following the transaction, Neobo owns 21 properties in Helsingborg comprising 445 apartments and a total lettable area of 27,900 sq.m.
