Atos appoints Paul Potgieter as Head of Middle East & Türkiye
Paris, France, September 28- 2026 - Atos today announces the appointment of Paul Potgieter as Head of Middle East & Türkiye (MET), reinforcing the company's commitment to accelerating growth and innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Sovereignty and Cybersecurity across the region.
Paul Potgieter joins Atos with more than 24 years of international technology leadership experience, having successfully led large-scale business, digital transformation, cloud, AI, and IT modernization initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and global markets. Prior to joining Atos, Paul Potgieter led the Corporate Services CIO function for the NEOM group, based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In his new role, Paul Potgieter will lead Atos' Middle East & Türkiye operations, focusing on accelerating business growth, strengthening customer relationships, driving further innovation, and supporting clients as they navigate increasingly complex technology challenges.
