Comment from Hans Wallenstam, CEO:

"During the quarter, we divested all our wind turbines as part of the transaction with Locus Energy. When we began our investment in 2007, wind power accounted for just under 1% of Sweden's electricity generation, today this share amounts to about 25%. It feels really good to have contributed to the green transition with regard to electricity generation in Sweden, and in connection with the transaction we have also secured the supply of renewable electricity to our properties in the future."

"During the quarter, we increased our interest rate hedging and reduced our average interest rate. Overall, 65% of our financing is interest-rate hedged using interest rate derivatives. Our average interest rate on closing day was 2.46%, with a fixed-rate period of 39 months."
