The company's earnings came in at $221.2 million, or $6.41 per share. This compares with $259.9 million, or $7.38 per share, last year.
Excluding items, Lennox International Inc reported adjusted earnings of $235.9 million or $6.84 per share for the period.
The company's revenue for the period rose 10.2% to $1.573 billion from $1.427 billion last year.
