The company derived its 40% revenue growth by targeting large IDN's (Integrated Health Networks) in the USA. The team signed several large scale multi-year contracts (one for $10 million per year previously announced) in early and mid 2025. The telehealth revenue for new large healthcare institutional accounts takes several months to begin, as the operations are complex and must be integrated into VSee heath's technology before rolling out services. This is particularly important for our investors to understand that a majority of 2025 growth was in the second half of the year, and subsequently provides solid future growth in those accounts during 2026 as services continue to roll out to as many as 20 states this fiscal year.
