After eight years as President and CEO of Attendo AB (publ) (Attendo), Martin Tivéus has informed the Board of Directors of his decision to leave the company. He is leaving Attendo for a new role as President and CEO in an international company headquartered outside Sweden. Martin Tivéus will remain in his role until the end of 2026/2027.
The change of CEO does not entail any change to Attendo's strategy or financial goals. The company continues to implement the established plan with an unchanged focus on quality, profitable growth and capital discipline. Attendo has a strong and well-composed Group Executive Management that together drives the company's quality and growth agenda, which provides a stable foundation while the Board recruits a new CEO.
- Martin Tivéus has played a very important role in Attendo's development during his years as CEO. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position with a focus on quality, profitability and growth, which is reflected in both a clearly improved financial development and a strong share price development. In addition, he has built a strong leadership team, ready to continue the journey that has begun. Martins Tivéus new assignment will be official after the summer and the Board of Directors is now initiating a structured recruitment process to find his successor.
