(OTC Pink: AMMX), a leading provider of heavy-duty equipment for logistics operators, infrastructure projects, and forestry management, announced it has secured a $400,000 rental agreement for a CMI mulching machine.
The equipment is being shipped to a logging company in Northern California. The CMI mulching machine is a high-horsepower, purpose-built forestry unit manufactured by Construction Machinery Industrial (CMI), known for its rugged design, Tier 4-compliant engines, and exceptional performance in land clearing, right-of-way maintenance, wildfire fuel reduction, and vegetation management.
AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre reported that approximately 78 percent-or $3.9 million-of the equipment associated with the $5 million order announced in early June 2026 has shipped. The remaining 22 percent, valued at $1.1 million, is scheduled for delivery by mid-August 2026.
The equipment supports a major new port facility in North America undergoing a significant multi-phase expansion. Once complete, the project will effectively add the equivalent of an entirely new port's worth of throughput capacity-dramatically increasing efficiency, storage, and cargo-handling capabilities across the region.
