Quarterly summary
Second quarter
- Net sales increased by 9.0 percent to SEK 543.9 (499.1) million, whereof 11.7 percent was organic change, and -2.8 percent was negative currency impact.
- Subscription sales increased by 23.4 percent to SEK 97.8 (79.2) million, corresponding to 18.0 (15.9) percent of net sales. ARR increased by 4.4 percent to SEK 411.8 (394.4) million.
- EBIT amounted to SEK 78.5 (21.2) million, corresponding to an EBIT margin of 14.4 (4.2) percent.
- Earnings per share after dilution amounted to SEK 0.70 (0.10).
- Bookings decreased by -7.2 percent to SEK 577.1 (621.8) million, whereof -4.8 percent was organic change, and -2.4 percent was negative currency impact.
January - June
- Net sales decreased by -8.8 percent to SEK 1,023.2 (1,122.1) million, whereof -0.5 percent was organic change, and -8.4 percent was negative currency impact.
- Subscription sales increased by 18.6 percent to SEK 188.4 (158.8) million, corresponding to 18.4 (14.2) percent of net sales.
- EBIT amounted to SEK 93.4 (113.8) million, corresponding to an EBIT margin of 9.1 (10.1) percent. Expenses related to the reorganization amounted to SEK -21.0 million, fully recognized in Q1, resulting in gross annualized cost savings of approximately SEK 95 million with effects starting in Q2.
- Earnings per share after dilution amounted to SEK 0.95 (0.68).
Significant events after the end of the quarter
On July 21st, Yubico launched YubiKey 5.8, extending hardware-backed security beyond authentication to verified authorization across digital signatures, identity wallets, secure payments and AI-driven approvals.
