INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of AtaiBeckley Inc. AtaiBeckley is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing rapid-acting neuroplastogens for mental health conditions, including BPL-003, its lead investigational program for treatment-resistant depression.
