(CSE: AFI) (OTC Pink: RSSFF) ("Affinor" or the "Company"), a farming technology company focused on the design, development and commercialization of vertical farming technology for indoor and greenhouse applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Hyder Khoja as an advisor to the Company.
Hyder Ali Khoja, PhD, PAg, MSc, is a scientist and biotechnology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience founding, leading, and advising life-science ventures across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, functional medicine, psychedelics, cannabis, agriculture, sustainability, and renewable energy. His work spans molecular biology, drug discovery, plant sciences, and bioeconomy strategy, with a focus on translating scientific ideas into commercially relevant technologies. Dr. Khoja has developed proprietary intellectual property in mycelium-based biomedical platforms and rapid-acting anxiolytic therapeutics; pursued major research funding, including a shortlisted US$50 million U.S. Department of Energy grant; and established research environments with GMP- and GLP-certified capabilities supported by rigorous regulatory standards.

Pursuant to the consulting agreement entered into between the Company and Dr. Khoja (the "Consulting Agreement"), and subject to the Company's Stock Option Plan, the Company will grant 500,000 stock options (the "Options") to Dr. Khoja in connection with the advisory services to be provided to the Company. Each Option is exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company (a "Share") at an exercise price of $0.05 per Share, for a period of 36 months from the date of grant. The Consulting Agreement and the grant of Options thereunder are subject to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
