WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Thursday, Galderma (GALD.SW) presented new three-year data from the ARCADIA long-term extension study showing sustained improvements with Nemluvio (nemolizumab) in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).
The company also reported long-term OLYMPIA LTE data across multiple dimensions of prurigo nodularis (PN).
In a post-hoc analysis of the ARCADIA long-term extension study, the majority of adults and adolescents aged 12 and older with moderate-to-severe AD who responded at Week 16 maintained deep skin lesion and itch responses through Week 152.
Separately, long-term data in adults with PN showed sustained improvements in itch (85%), pain (60%), sleep disturbance (85%) and quality of life (91%) through Week 148.
Galderma said Nemluvio's safety profile remained consistent, with no new safety signals.
Nemluvio is a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-31 signaling, a pathway involved in itch and inflammation in AD and PN.
Galderma will also present Phase 2 data showing meaningful and sustained improvements with nemolizumab in children aged 2-11 years with moderate-to-severe AD.
The data are being presented at the 2026 Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference being held October 8-11 in Las Vegas, United States.
GALD.SW on Wednesday closed at CHF 162.60, up 0.77% on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
