NEW YORK CITY (dpa-AFX) - Verizon Communications (VZ) revealed earnings for its third quarter that Increases, from the same period last year
The company's bottom line came in at $5.198 billion, or $1.25 per share. This compares with $4.950 billion, or $1.17 per share, last year.
Excluding items, Verizon Communications reported adjusted earnings of $1.31 per share for the period.
The company's revenue for the period rose 1.5% to $34.313 billion from $33.821 billion last year.
