Wyld Networks AB (Nasdaq First North: WYLD) today announces that the Chairman of the Board, Mats Andersson, is stepping down at his own request.
According to Wyld's articles of association, the Board of Directors shall consist of not fewer than three and not more than ten members. Following the resignation of Mats Andersson, the Board will consist of two members and will therefore not meet the requirements set out in the articles of association.
A new member of the Board will be elected at an Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be convened in the coming days.
