The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") hereby informs the Shareholders that the index administrator, S&P
Dow Jones Indices LLC, has decided to change the denomination of the "Markit iBoxx indexes" (the "Indexes") tracked by
the Sub-Funds, as reflected in the below table (the "Changes").
The Changes became effective on the 27th of July 2026 (the "Effective Date") and will be reflected in the next version
of the Prospectus.
