Amsterdam, 7 May 2026(Regulated Information) --- AMG Critical Materials N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") is pleased to announce that during the Annual General Meeting, held on May 7, 2026, AMG's shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of €0.40 per ordinary share over the financial year 2025. The interim dividend of €0.20, paid on August 15, 2025, was deducted from the amount distributed to shareholders. The final dividend per ordinary share therefore amounts to €0.20.
Payment of the final dividend will be completed on or around May 14, 2026, to shareholders of record on May 12, 2026. The ex-dividend date is May 11, 2026. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
