Amsterdam, 29 July 2026(Regulated Information) --- AMG Critical Materials N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") declares an interim dividend of €0.20 per ordinary share, unchanged from the interim dividend of €0.20 per ordinary share in the prior year.
The interim dividend of €0.20 per ordinary share, in respect of the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, is payable on August 12, 2026 to shareholders of record as of August 4, 2026. The ex-dividend date will be August 3, 2026. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
