SpectrumOne AB (publ) ("SpectrumOne" or the "Company") has today sold its entire shareholding in Eniro Group AB (publ) amounting to 93,751,636 shares at a price of 0,433 SEK per share (a total purchase price of SEK 40,594,458) to Eva and Mats Qviberg.
The divestment is in line with SpectrumOne's strategy to simplify its portfolio, strengthen its balance sheet and focus on its core associated holdings and scalable platform initiatives.
The transaction will improve the Company's financial position by reducing financial leverage at holding level and lowering interest expenses. SpectrumOne will hereafter have a strengthened equity position and increased financial flexibility.
"By divesting our holding in Eniro, we further streamline the Group and reinforce our financial foundation. This enables us to concentrate resources and management attention on our core investments and platform development," says Fredric Forsman, chairman of SpectrumOne.
After the divestment, SpectrumOne's focus will be on its associated holdings, including PRISM-related initiatives, Health Impact Alliance (HIA), Qbim and Observit.
