Think Partnership Launches ValidClick AdExchange, the First Open, Fraud Protected Pay-Per-Click Ad Marketplace with Fair Isaac Click Conversion Scoring

Think Partnership Inc. (AMEX:THK), the leader in interactive performance-based advertising technology launched ValidClick AdExchangeâ„¢ today at the ad:tech convention in New York City.

ValidClick AdExchange was born from an exclusive technology alliance with Fair Isaac Corporation, the leading provider of analytics and decision management technology. The first ever adexchange based on a pay-per-click model, the network was formed to set a new standard for protecting online advertisers from click fraud and low quality traffic. It addresses the vast and growing need for improved return on advertising investments by systematically rewarding quality publishers with top pricing paid for their advertising inventory while lowering prices for paid lesser-converting traffic.

Fair Isaac has introduced the Fair Isaac Click Conversion Scoreâ„¢, created exclusively for ValidClick AdExchange. The Fair Isaac Click Conversion Score is based on advanced artificial intelligence and patented profiling technology that adapts to each click and conversion seen by ValidClick AdExchange. The resulting scores rate publishers by their ability to drive conversions for advertisers.

Advertisers joining ValidClick AdExchange create their campaigns and bid on keywords similar to other pay-per-click marketplaces. ValidClick AdExchange then distributes these ads to its network of publishing partners, automatically pricing each ad based on the Fair Isaac Click Conversion Score for the given publisher. Each click is also monitored by Think Partnership's patent-pending FeedPatrolâ„¢ click fraud prevention technology, which automatically filters any suspicious or fraudulent clicks before the advertiser is ever charged.

Click quality continues to be an leading industry issue for both advertisers and quality web publishers,” said Think Partnership's chief technology officer, John Linden. The combination of Fair Isaac's data analysis expertise and Think's unique, patent-pending click fraud screening technology has created a technological breakthrough which provides the first-ever open marketplace for fair trade in pay-per-click advertising.”

Both John Linden and Dr. Andrew Jennings, Fair Isaac's chief research officer will be available for interviews throughout the day, Monday, November 5, 2007, in booth # 225 at the New York Hilton.
