The proceeds from the new issue secure the planned restructuring of the 
group with emphasis on digital worlds and corresponding online-gaming

Darmstadt, 29th July 2008 - 10TACLE STUDIOS AG informs in an ad-hoc 
announcement as of today that the capital measures of the company that were 
decides upon on 3rd July 2008 have been successfully concluded. 
 
The convertible bond and the capital increase were fully subscribed for by 
investors. The total proceeds from both actions, amounting to about EUR 
6.2m, remedy the liquidity shortage of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG and forms the 
financial basis for the restructuring measures already initiated by the 
company. 
 
The reorientation and consolidation of the group will be progressed 
further. In the meantime, all activities of the company have been subjected 
to a strict assessment of profitability, the results of which will be 
announced in the near future. This includes: 
 
  - the possible sale of subsidiary companies; 
 
  - cessation of own sales activities; 
 
  - operational emphasis on the conception, development and operation of 
    portals for digital theme-worlds and with this on the area of 
    profitable online-gaming. 
 
Joachim Magin, CEO of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG since May 2008: 'We are happy to 
have created a solid basis for the reorientation of the company by the 
successful capital measures.  We consider the full subscription of the 
capital measures to be a sign of the investors' trust in the future of the

The company also announced that the audited financial statements will be 
presented at the end of August 2008. Depending on the date of the 
presentation of the financial statements, the annual shareholders meeting 
will take place in September or October 2008 in Darmstadt.
