Fitch Ratings withdraws its ''AA-'' rating on city of Los Angeles (CA) solid waste resources revenue bonds, series 2009-A due to a delay in their sale. These bonds are now expected to sell in early October 2009. Fitch expects to release a rating prior to that sale.
