TheBoard of Directors of California First National Bancorp (NASDAQ:CFNB) today declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 12 cents ($.12) per share. Thedividend will be payable on October 9, 2009 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on September 25, 2009.
