Veteran Freddie Mac Executive Brings Over 25 Years of Mortgage Experience
North American Property Preservation Corporation (NAPPCorp), a full service distressed real estate property preservation and management company, today announced the appointment of Patricia Hamilton to head the company’s growing government and municipal sales initiative. Leveraging over 25 years of mortgage experience, Ms. Hamilton will be responsible for the creation of the company’s public services program including account management, partner relationships and government sales.
Ms. Hamilton brings to NAPPCorp more than 20 years of government agency sales experience at Freddie Mac, where she served as National Account Manager. Her strong track record in customer service enabled her to develop and create award-winning sales territories, increasing the market share of their largest customer by 25%. After her tenure at Freddie Mac, Ms. Hamilton served as National Account Manager at Opteum Funding (now Prospect Mortgage), where she continued to deliver impressive sales growth results.
