The U.S. Green Building Council Orange County Chapter will present "Do Green Buildings Pay?" on Thursday, January 28th, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Hilton Costa Mesa Hotel. Scott Muldavin, President of the Muldavin Company, Inc. and Executive Director of the Green Building Finance Consortium (GBFC), will present three years of findings and research from the Consortium's new book: "Underwriting Sustainable Property Investment," the definitive source of evidence and insight into evaluating the financial implications of sustainable property investment.
