MONTREAL, Jan. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dectron Internationale announced today it is donating two mobile Emergency Water Response Systems(R) (estimated value of $600,000) with the support of the Canadian Government for the disaster relief efforts in South East Asia.
