DataLogic Announces Change of Independent Accounting Firm

IRVINE, Calif., June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DataLogic International, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: DLGI; Berlin, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 779612) a provider of consulting services and communication solutions including VoIP, GPS based mobile asset tracking, and secured mobile communications, today announced the June 8, 2005 dismissal of Kabani & Company, Inc. as the Company's independent accountants. Kabani reported on the Company's financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2003. Their opinion did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, and was not qualified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles but was modified as to a going concern.

During the Company's most recent full fiscal years ended December 31, 2004 and 2003, there were no disagreements with Kabani on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedures, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Kabani, would have caused them to make reference to the subject matter of such disagreements in connection with their reports; and there were no reportable events, as listed in Item 304 (a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

The Company has engaged Corbin & Company, LLP ("Corbin") to act as its independent auditors, effective June 9, 2005.

"We thank Kabani and Company for their services in recent years and also look forward to working with Corbin & Company," commented DataLogic International's Chairman and CEO, Keith C. Moore.

The Company filed a Form 8-K Current Report today with the Securities and Exchange Commission on this matter.

Favoritenwechsel
