The Board of Directors of Natural Cool Holdings Limited (“Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly–owned subsidiary, Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd, has set up a representative office known as Natural Cool Vietnam Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The main objectives of Natural Cool Vietnam Representative Office are to explore business opportunities and prospect business partners in Vietnam as well as introduce and promote airconditioning related products and services in Vietnam.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company have any direct or indirect interest in the abovesaid transaction.
