The Rite Weigh Challenge includes a free travel size planner, available only at Rite Aid stores, that offers a step-by-step outline of the 10-week program complete with daily and weekly goals for calorie in-take, healthy food choices and an exercise plan. Valuable information on food serving sizes, sample meal plans and a weekly chart to record weight, water, calorie, carb, protein and fat intake and daily exercise are all part of the planner. Along with motivational tips and quotes to keep you going.
A Healthy Weight guide is also included in the program and offers tips and advice from your Rite Aid pharmacist including how to measure Body Mass Index, weight loss success strategies, a comprehensive guide to the Food Pyramid, and an exercise program compliments of Fitness Magazine.Fitness, published by Meredith Corp., is a leading women's magazine targeting womens' wellness interests. All participants will also have free access to a special website on www.riteaid.com with additional tools such as more sample menu plans, on online weight tracker, daily emails and tips for encouragement and a Body Mass Index calculator. Visitors can also register for the Rite Weigh Challenge on-line and print out similar food and exercise tracking information.
Upon program completion, participants are encouraged to submit their feedback and five lucky Rite Weight Challengers will win their choice of a $500 Rite Aid Gift Card, a $500 SpaFinder Gift Certificate or a one-year membership to Bally Total Fitness.
