ROCKAWAY, N.J. (AFX) - Specialty pharmaceutical company Warner Chilcott Company Inc. said late Wednesday it will develop and market an antibiotic foam acne treatment with Foamix Ltd.
Israel-based Foamix will be responsible for developing the foam formulation and Warner Chilcott will have an option to continue development and worldwide marketing.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Shares of rose 14 cents to close at $13.96 on the Nasdaq, and dipped 1 percent after-hours to $13.82.
