TORONTO, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Phinder Technologies is pleased to announce that it has met all the filing requirements and has received approval from the Ontario Securities Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Government Services Companies Branch to change domicile to the state of Florida.

"Having the foreign issuer designation removed from the company makes us more attractive to the U.S. investment community."
