Passengers on the flight were treated to a special in- flight performance by Elvis to celebrate the new service to Las Vegas.

Elvis also helped spread Las Vegas fever by distributing complimentary decks of limited edition, collector's item playing cards to honor the new AirTran Airways service to Las Vegas.
