Rollins-PCI Construction, a rapidly-growing General Contracting & Construction Management company headquartered in Maryland, announced today that it has opened an office in Tampa, Florida to service the growing demand for its services in the Greater Tampa-St. Petersburg and Central Florida region.
"We are extremely excited about expanding geographically to continue our high rate of growth, stated Rollins-PCI's President, Barry Lake. "The systems we have developed to provide high-end service to blue chip clients in the D.C.-Baltimore region will support our Florida office and having Jeff Saul at the helm is a major plus.
Jeff Saul, formerly of a builder/developer of luxury homes in Tampa, will transition into commercial interior construction and assume the GM and Project Management duties of Rollins-PCI Construction in Florida, reporting to John Ford, Rollins-PCI's Senior V.P., Project Management. "I am excited to be working with John's talented project team, commented Saul, "and having spent time viewing the quality and craftsmanship of the build-outs completed by Rollins-PCI in D.C., it reminded me of the finishes in the luxury home market that I'm familiar with so the transition will be seamless.
Initially, Rollins-PCI intends to focus its Florida efforts entirely on high-end corporate interior build-outs and renovations for blue-chip clients but may expand its service offerings to include new branch bank and base building construction similar to its immensely successful D.C.-Baltimore model which has seen Rollins-PCI Construction surge to become the 2nd fastest growing commercial General Contractor in the nation and #61 Fastest Growing Private Company in 2007 according to Inc Magazine.
While premium service to blue chip firms has been a key to its tremendous growth, Rollins-PCI Construction has also been progressive in "green-build practices and taken a leadership role in promoting sustainable building practices in the commercial construction industry. Developed by The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a voluntary, consensus-based national rating system for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. Rollins-PCI Construction was proud to announce recently its completion of the first "Green bank branch in the state of Maryland for a large, regional bank, and has several additional "Green projects under way.
