Tunc Telekokmünikasyon A.S. - the Türkish subsidiary of Tunc Holding AG - has 
signed a contract with Huawei Technologies (Street no. 18, No 14, Jabra No. 10, 
Kuwait, www.huawei.com) on the collaboration for implementation of new GSM 
networks in Kuwait in the scope of the so called STC 3rd license project. So the 
company´s offer given to Huawei this March was accepted (cp. Corporate News of 
03/14/08) 
 
The contract comprises a value of US $ 12 m. It contains turnkey services, civil 
work for base transceiver system sites, infrastructure services, telecom 
implementation and comissioning services. At the first stage Tunc 
Telekomünikasyon A.S. is going to start building 40 sites with an estimated 
value of US $ 3 m. It is expected that Tunc Telekomünikasyon A.S. is going to 
build 150 sites with an estimated value of US $ 12 m in the scope of the 
project. 
 
Tunc Holding AG was founded in November 2007 and provides engineering and 
support services in the area of telecommunications systems through its seven 
subsidiaries. The Tunc Holding subsidiaries are active in twelve countries in 
Asia Minor, Western and Central Asia as well as in Eastern Europe. Tunc 
Telekomünikasyon A.S. as operational nerve centre of the group is located in 
Ankara, Turkey. The Turkish subsidiary operates as highly qualified provider in 
the GSM sector since 1992. The services include a broad range from site survey 
and infrastructure to the implementation and maintenance of telecommunications 
systems. Since 1996 the activities have been continuously expanded to include 
the area of electricity distribution systems with associated services, renewable 
energy and internet technology. 
 
The shares of Tunc Holding AG are traded in the Open Market of Deutsche Börse 
Frankfurt (ISIN: CH0036270XXX, WKN: A0M92R).
