LOS ANGELES, July 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asia Global Holdings Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AAGH) has confirmed the opening of its new Shanghai office to meet sales and distribution demand for its TV entertainment businesses in China. Wholly owned subsidiaries, Idea Asia Limited (Idea Asia) and Sino Trade-Intelligent Development Corp (Sino Trade) will staff the new offices.

Shanghai is a major international media center. As such, Idea Asia will utilize the new offices to help meet the surging demand for its TV program distribution business in China. The company is very confident that its new distribution strategy will deliver strong revenues and profits driven by the exploding demand for quality international TV formats in China. After only four months under new proven successful management Idea Asia has built an impressive and still growing portfolio of TV show formats which it distributes exclusively in China including 'Small Talk', '50/50', 'Singing Bee', 'Silent Library', 'You Are What You Eat', 'Blackjack Bowling', 'Battle of the Choirs', 'Challenge Me', 'Crisis' and 'The Singing Office'.

International TV format owners need PRC distribution from a company with proven successful format distribution management in China. Idea Asia, now under the direction of Dominique Ullmann, a 20 year media veteran who has spent the last 15 years on the ground in Asia successfully involved in TV distribution and advertising, fills this need. Idea Asia is now being sought by many major format owners.
