In a letter dated April 17, 2009 Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. S.C.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg) informed Arcandor AG (Essen, Germany) about the following in accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. KGaA (Cologne, Germany), on 17 April 2009, fell below the thresholds of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% of the voting rights in Arcandor AG (Essen, Germany) and on that day held 3.69% (9,345,158 voting rights; calculated on the basis of total voting rights of 253,226,080).
In a letter dated April 17, 2009 Solidas 2 S.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg) informed Arcandor AG (Essen, Germany) about the following in accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
Solidas 3 S.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg), on 17 April 2009, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of the voting rights in Arcandor AG (Essen, Germany) and on that day held 24,90% (63,053,294 voting rights; calculated on the basis of total voting rights of 253,226,080).
Solidas 2 S.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg), on 17 April 2009, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% of the voting rights in Arcandor AG (Essen, Germany) and on that day held 24,90% (63,053,294 voting rights; calculated on the basis of total voting rights of 253,226,080). Pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG all of these voting rights are attributed to Solidas 2 S.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg) through Solidas 3 S.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg).
In a letter dated April 22, 2009 SGG S.A. (Luxemburg, Luxemburg) informed Arcandor AG (Essen, Germany) about the following in accordance with section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
