# Please specify details	Off market sale pursuant to sale and purchase agreements dated 3 December 2009 and entered into between Noble Plan International Limited and (i) Chen Xi Jian; as well as (ii) Chen Chun Fang (collectively, the "Agreements"). Pursuant to the Agreements, (i) Noble Plan International Limited agreed to purchase, and Chen Xi Jian agreed to sell, 26,626,000 Shares; and (ii) Noble Plan International Limited agreed to purchase, and Chen Chun Fang agreed to sell, 11,990,000 Shares. The completion of the sale and purchase of the Shares was subject to certain conditions precedent under the Agreements, including all necessary consents and approvals having been obtained, as well as the sale and purchase of Shares from each of Chen Xi Jian and Chen Chun Fang being completed. Following completion of the sale and purchase of these Shares on 22 December 2009, Chen Xi Jian has ceased as a substantial shareholder of the Company.
