(OTC BB: NEOM), the global leader in mobile barcode scanning solutions, announced it has established a New York City business development, sales and marketing office as part of a program to expand business through channel partner relationships with mobile marketing and advertising agencies.

The Company also announced it has recruited John Manganilla to head up its business development and sale efforts in the U.S. Manganilla most recently headed up the Industry Initiatives effort for the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), responsible for working with Tier One wireless operators, aggregators, content providers, brands and agencies, including authoring the organization's Consumer Best Practices document creating approximately $200 million annually in operational efficiencies across the US mobile ecosystem. John will report to Dean Wood, VP of Global Business Development.
