MEGA, an industry leader in enterprise architecture (EA), business process analysis (BPA), and enterprise risk management, has been chosen by UniCredit Group to provide business process modeling solutions for the entire Group's worldwide operations.
UniCredit is an international financial institution offering retail banking and other financial services products in 22 countries. The financial institution chose the MEGA Suite to help analyze Group processes, risks, and controls so that the company can rationalize the IT application structure that supports the organization.
The MEGA Suite is already used in over 30 subsidiaries of the Group. During 2009-2010, a major expansion of the use of the Suite is expected, especially within the main subsidiaries. The target is the definition of a common and unique methodology used to analyze Group processes.
"The immediate results of using the MEGA Suite will be our ability to get feedback quickly on the various process models used by the Group's subsidiaries," explained Virginio Meli, business organization manager at UniCredit Group.
