This same "zero click" functionality is also available on version of the Android NeoReader application, which was launched in 2009, and is also featured on Symbian handsets.
The NeoReader 2.0 on the iPhone 3Gs application allows mobile camera phones to easily access mobile content by simply reading a number of open standard 2D barcodes, such as QR, DataMatrix, and Aztec codes, as well as the UPC and EAN product codes currently found on most products for those handsets equipped with appropriate optics. This eliminates the need for separate 1D and 2D reader applications. NeoReader's user-friendly actions allows mobile users to avoid typing long URLs and navigating cumbersome mobile menus using their handset keyboards.
