Seapine's TestTrack Toolset Provides Norwegian Software Solutions Development Company with Greater Visibility and Traceability of Quality Assurance Activities
Seapine Software, a leading global provider of quality-centric application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions, announced that Teleplan Globe AS, a world-class software solution and engineering company, implemented TestTrack across its development enterprise for the end-to-end management of requirements, test cases, and defects.
Seapine's solution for Teleplan consists of TestTrack RM for requirements management, TestTrack TCM for test case management, and TestTrack Pro for issue and defect management. Teleplan will use Seapine's tools to cover the complete value chain from requirements definition through test execution to defect tracking and resolution of issues. Teleplan will also use the toolset to gain better visibility into QA activities and provide traceability of development project artifacts, like feature requests, issues, change requests, test cases, test runs, and test results.

Teleplan is also looking forward to using TestTrack Pro's customer feedback solution, SoloBug. "The SoloBug application will help us support off-site acceptance testing at the customer's premises," adds Herber. Seapine's SoloBug is a stand-alone bug reporter that customers use to email bug reports and feature requests directly to TestTrack Pro. A defect is automatically created every time a SoloBug file is imported into TestTrack Pro.
