(Nasdaq: WATG; "Wonder Auto" or "the Company"), a leading manufacturer of automotive electrical parts, suspension products and engine accessories in China, announced today that its 2010 annual stockholder meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time (UTC +8) on Thursday, June 10, 2010 in the Meeting Room at 1706-1707, Tower C of Fangheng International Building, Futong East Avenue, Wangjing Area, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China 100102. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on Monday, April 26, 2010 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the 2010 Annual Meeting.

Proposals to be voted on at the annual meeting are as follows: 1. Elect five persons to the Board of Directors, each to serve until our next annual meeting of shareholders or until such person shall resign, be removed or otherwise leave office; 2. Ratify the appointment of PKF Hong Kong, Certified Public Accountants as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010; and 3.
