The Marine Corps Marathon announced today that GE will be a presenting sponsor of the 35th Marine Corps Marathon on October 31, 2010.

GE currently employs more than 10,000 U.S. veterans and offers a range of benefits to support employees called to active duty. Twenty of GE's U.S. veteran employees will represent the company by running the 2010 Marine Corps Marathon. GE has also received numerous awards and recognitions for its support of active and veteran military personnel, including the Department of Defense Freedom Award in 2004.
