# Please specify details	The voluntary conditional cash offer (the "Offer") by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., for and on behalf of NEK Container Group Pte. Ltd. (the "Offeror"), to acquire all the issued and paid up ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the share capital of Eng Kong Holdings Limited ("EKH") other than those Shares held by EKH as treasury shares and those held, directly and indirectly, by the Offeror as at the date of the Offer, was declared unconditional in all respects on 18 June 2010. Taking into account acceptances received pursuant to the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. on 29 June 2010, the Offeror held or had agreed to acquire 203,310,524 Shares, representing approximately 77.45% (1) of the total number of Shares in issue. NEK Container Holdings Ltd ("NEKC") holds the entire issued share capital of the Offeror and therefore is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by the Offeror. Navis Asia Fund V, L.P. ("NAF V") holds the entire issued share capital of NEKC and therefore is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by the Offeror. Navis Asia Fund V G.P., L.P. ("NAF V GP LP") is the general partner of NAF V and therefore is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by the Offeror. Navis Asia Fund V, G.P., Ltd. ("NAF V GP Ltd") is the general partner of NAF V GP LP and therefore is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by the Offeror. Navis Capital Partners Limited ("NCPL") holds the entire issued share capital of NAF V GP Ltd and therefore is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by the Offeror. HAL holds more than 20% of the issued share capital of NCPL and therefore is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by the Offeror.
