Sprue Aegis plc
The following replaces the announcement released on 2 July 2010 at 15.55 in
which the total number of options held by John Walsh was incorrectly shown at
575,000. The total number of options actually held by John Walsh is 700,000.

DIRECTORATE CHANGE AND GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
Sprue Aegis plc ("Sprue Aegis" or "the Group"; PLUS-quoted: SPRP), the designer
and marketer of the FireAngel range of innovative safety products, is pleased
to announce the appointment of Peter Brigham to the Board of Sprue Aegis as an
Executive Director with immediate effect and the grant of director share
options.
DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Peter has broad manufacturing, design and research and development experience
in previous senior management roles. He is a Chartered Physicist and a member
of the Institute of Physics.
Commenting on the appointment, Graham Whitworth, Chairman and CEO of Sprue
Aegis, said:
"Peter brings twenty five years of specialist manufacturing and safety critical
design experience at Goodrich Engine Controls and TRW Automotive amongst other
companies. Having worked for the Group for almost two years as the Technical
Director, Peter has played a key role in improving quality systems and
accelerating new product development."
Peter is currently a director of Norman Road Residents Limited, and during the
last five years Peter has been a director of Fighting Physics Limited (now
dissolved). There is no further information that is required to be disclosed in
accordance with paragraph 18 of Appendix 1 of the PLUS Rules, regarding the
appointment of Peter Brigham.
GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
The Company announces that on 30 June 2010, it granted options to subscribe for
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company to the following directors:

The options granted have an exercise price of 35.00 pence, and with the
exception of John Gahan's options which vest over the next 24 months, vest
equally over the next 36 months and expire on 29 June 2017.
