Emission & Power Solutions Names Bjorn Magnusson as Managing Director

LONDON, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Emission & Power Solutions, Plc ("EPS"), (Ticker: EPI.F, Bloomberg ticker: EPI:GR), announced today that Bjorn Magnusson has been named Managing Director. Based in Turbenthal, Switzerland, Mr. Magnusson will lead the expansion of product sales and the management team in Europe.

Mr. Magnusson has served as an executive position in numerous large multinational industrial corporations. Mr. Magnusson has held a series of managerial positions at Ericsson, including Managing Director in Venezuela, Ecuador, Colombia, Egypt, and Poland. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of SAAB Gripen International, overseeing sales of the SAAB Fighter Jet Jas Gripen. He is a senior consultant at Treud Investment & Consulting SL, a defense sector firm with a focus on energy and the environment. Mr. Magnusson holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in business and administration from INSEAD, France.
