Announcement of significant position
Greentech Energy Systems A/S has today been informed as follows:
"On behalf of Staxbo ApS, CVR-no. 31 78 51 62 and GWM Renewable Energy S.p.A., Reg. no. 10891951005, I can hereby inform you that Staxbo ApS today has sold their total position of Greentech Energy Systems A/S' shares to GWM Renewable Energy S.p.A. corresponding to 6.372.193 shares each with a nominal value of DKK 5,0 being 13,24% of the share capital in Greentech Energy Systems A/S and 13,24% of the votes in Greentech Energy Systems A/S."
