PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 11/02/10 -- Tombstone Exploration Corp. (OTCBB: TMBXF) announced today that it has received the completed 2D ZTEM Report for the Tombstone Project from their geophysical contractor, Geotech Ltd., The professional report shows the property contains several structures with characteristics that resemble known porphyry deposits that ZTEM has successfully defined.
Steve Radvak, V.P. of Exploration, stated, "This data indicates the potential of our Tombstone holdings to host more than one porphyry copper system. Given the precious metal history of the district, it is probable that these systems will host silver and gold in addition to the copper. Tombstone's professional staff is currently reviewing the report and complete data package to understand the interpretation prior to additional work on the property."
Alan Brown, CEO of Tombstone Exploration, commented, "This ZTEM report is a significant milestone for the Company as it clearly outlines several large structures that have never been tested at depth. Having a major mining company recently staking and now drilling in the immediate vicinity certainly confirms our exploration focus in the Tombstone Mining District."
