Anthony H. Lowenberg and Eric Chartan have joined Goldfarb Branham LLP, as the law firm continues to emerge as one of the premier complex commercial litigation firms in Texas.
Joining the firm as a Senior Associate, Mr. Lowenberg brings eleven years' experience litigating a wide variety of matters, including complex professional liability, construction, and business dispute cases.
A native of Dallas, Mr. Lowenberg earned his law degree from New York Law School in 2000. He began his career in the New Jersey office of one of the nation's largest law firms, and from 2003 to 2010 he represented professionals and corporations of all stripes in the commercial and general liability section of one of Dallas' foremost regional law firms.
Mr. Lowenberg was selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star ever year from 2005 to 2011, and was featured in the 2011 edition of the magazine. He was also selected as a D Magazine "Best Lawyer Under 40" in 2006. He writes prolifically and is a regular contributor to Texas Lawyer.
As Goldfarb Branham's newest associate, Mr. Chartan joins the firm after serving as a white-collar criminal and economic crimes prosecutor in a prominent District Attorney's Office in New York City. In his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. Chartan has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and internal investigations.
Mr. Chartan graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 2005 and earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Vermont in 2002. He is admitted to practice in all Texas and New York state courts.
