EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses announced that its subsidiary, USM Services, has been awarded a three-year contract to provide integrated facilities management at 336 A&P-owned supermarket locations in the Northeast region of the United States.
USM will be responsible for comprehensive facilities management for the A&P locations, including maintaining food service equipment. In addition to performing full electrical, fire protection, plumbing services, as well as all landscaping, and snow removal services, USM's scope of work also includes repairs and maintenance to ceilings, fixtures, floors, sidewalks, windows, cabinets, doors, compactors, lighting, material handling equipment, and parking lots.
