| Footnotes | Notice is hereby given that the share transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 8 December 2011 on which day no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's share transfer agent, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte Ltd at 3 Anson Road #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 7 December 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the proposed dividend. In respect of shares in securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the said interim dividend will be paid by the Company to the CDP which in turn distrubutes the dividend entitlements to holders of shares of shares in accordance with its practice. |
